An experienced and dedicated professional, Dr. Generalovich possesses exceptional surgical skills. He is double Board Certified by the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. Dr. Generalovich received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine University and completed his General Rotating internship at NOVA Southeastern University Sun Coast Hospital. He completed his General Surgery residency within the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Hospitals, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Generalovich then completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship within the Cleveland Clinic Health System, Rainbow Baby & Children’s Hospital, and Metro Health Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Generalovich also serves as assistant professor of Plastic Surgery at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in private practice since 2005.

Tamara became part of the beauty industry in 2004, and with a background in sales, she saw the opportunity for growth by changing her career path. In October 2011 she formed The Lotus Spa. It started out as a small salon and grew to what is now a full service salon in Poland, Ohio. After receiving her Cosmetic Therapy License in 2014 from Ohio Medical Electrology Institute, she formed the Center for Hair Removal! Since that time she had noticed a growing trend for non-invasive skin treatments, and teamed up with  Dr. Brock Generalovich. Together, they created MiraBella Medical Spa and Laser Center. She is so excited to bring to the Youngstown area these new and exciting services that will help men and women feel better about themselves, by assisting them present their best to the world! After all, we all want to look and feel a little younger!

Becky has been part of the wellness industry for nearly two decades. She is both an Advanced Aesthetician and a certified Yoga Instructor. Now that the youngest of her four wonderful children is older, she is excited to begin the next chapter of her career by focusing on her passion for skincare. Becky believes that wellness and beauty are deeply connected—your skin is often a reflection of how well your body and mind are feeling. She views beauty as more than skin deep, beginning from within with a healthy mind and body. As an aesthetician, her goal is to bridge the gap between beauty and wellness, helping clients feel their best both inside and out. She is thrilled to share her knowledge, experience, and holistic approach with you at MiraBella Spa.

Emily began her career in the beauty industry in 2019, becoming a Licensed Aesthetician. Drawn to results-driven treatments, she continued advancing her education and earned her diploma as a Cosmetic Therapist. She then completed the required laser training to practice Laser Hair Removal in Ohio, and in 2023, she achieved nationally recognized credentials as a Certified Laser Hair Removal Professional. In addition to her laser expertise, Emily is also triple-certified in NovaLash Eyelash Extensions. Emily has found her professional home at MiraBella Medical Spa, and we are delighted to have her as a valued member of our team!

Gia has been passionate about skincare and makeup from a young age. After experiencing her own anxiety-related skin challenges, she developed a deep commitment to understanding skin health and empowering others to feel confident in their own skin. She graduated as a Licensed Aesthetician in September 2025 and immediately knew she had found the career she was meant for. Gia is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment where every client feels understood and supported. Client satisfaction is at the heart of her work, and she takes great pride in helping clients leave her treatment room feeling happy with their results. She is excited to begin her career at MiraBella Med Spa and looks forward to building long-lasting, trusting relationships with her clients.
